Raf Rescue averages approximately 45 event days per year, covering around 10,000 miles traveling to and from motorsport events.
Our operations span a wide geographical area, including journeys to North of Aberdeen, the Isle of Mull, Border Counties, Northwest, North East, North Wales, South Wales, East Midlands, the Isle of Man, and locations supporting World Rally Championship (WRC) team testing.
We provide specialist support and medical cover for the following championships:
World Rally Championship (WRC)
British Rally Championship (BRC)
British Sprint Championship
Scottish Sprint Championship
British and Scottish Tarmac Rally Championships
Raf Rescue has responded to numerous incidents during these events, consistently delivering high-quality rescue and medical assistance to competitors, officials, and spectators. Our teams work closely with air ambulance services and NHS ambulance providers to ensure the highest standard of care at all times.
Licensed by Motorsport UK, Rescue personnel provide swift medical and extrication support at the scene of incidents. They operate across venues in Motorsport UK licensed Rescue Units, which are furnished with the latest in medical and extrication technology.
